We came in to zales to look at dimond earings. My husband wanted to buy me some bigger diamonds for are 21st wedding anniversary. Well Seth was the one to help us. He sure was a pleasure to work with along with his other employees.seth was on the ball. So friendly and very helpful. Showed us all the different diamonds. Uncertified to clearce certified diamonds. We decided to go with a certified diamond earnings. Which color clarity were great. Seth went out of his way to answer any questions. To let me wear the diamonds to see how they looked. They are absolutely beautiful and sparkly. They cleaned all my rings and other diamond earrings. I will say its been great costumer service. We found a new zales to continue coming back to.. When I am treated good I have no issues leaving honest good reviews. Thank you so much for making me feel special Seth. So nice to meet good people with good work ethic and puts there heart behind there work. And a smile on there face. My heart is happy. i feel so special and loved.You will see us soon again. Very friendly to ask was actually I went to K-Bond and since they weren’t as friendly over there they didn’t get my business but Zales nice friendly people got my business and yes, they are still open.

Went in looking to not spend way too much on some diamond earrings, this store was more than helpful with that. They helped me pick the best diamond earrings for the best price. They were super kind and knowledgeable about what they had. I will be coming back here for sure. 10/10

Couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience! Seth and Mars were both amazing! They asked us questions so they could get to know us and provide us with timeless pieces that fit our taste and needs. They never made us feel pressured and encouraged us to take our time to think about it before making our purchase. I definitely recommend the Zales in Wichita Falls. Their friendliness and customer service is unmatched.

I received a bypass ring as a gift and accidentally broke it. We had purchased the warranty thankfully and was able to exchange for another style with no issues. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Mars was the associate assisting me and was terrific!

The customer service at this location was impeccable. Mars, Kyler and Seth were such a huge help. Everyone had big smiles on their faces and was more than happy to help. They were very insightful with great interpersonal skills. These guys made me feel like family a refreshing bunch of ppl. Thanks agin Mars for all your help and good luck to you all. This is now my favorite Zales location. 10/10 highly recommended
